At Ariana Sexology, I offer a sexual care plan that you and I, your sextherapist, will design and put together to help and reconcile your sexual concern or condition. This plan helps you to access a number of resources, discounted sessions and online tests and evaluative quizzes, all together in a discounted price.

You! Yes you can. The sexual care plan can be useful for people with any concern in their sexual life. From an exhaustive list of concerns that I see in practice, these are the common areas that I regularly help my clients:

5 consecutive sessions (You need to attend your 5 sessions within 2 months).

unlimited access to my online library of personalised quizzes where you can explore many topics in your sexual life and sexuality including relationship, sexual satisfaction and sexual body image, sexual performance issues and anxiety and any sexual compulsion. These sets of tests are completely anonymous and you can self-evaluate and self-reflect your progress throughout our therapy sessions.
Sexual intelligence is an important construct of human sexuality, and sadly most of us did not receive any proper education about this section of our “Being” when we were at school, college or University. As I am an advocate of the topic and believe that we do not spend enough time to read and self-educate ourselves, here is another item in your sexual care plan. You will get to choose
2 audiobooks (Amazon) from my collection of the topic of human sexuality and relationship (I will help you pick the most relevant one). These books will strongly help you understand your situation, adjust your expectation and optimise your goal setting. How do I get a Sexual Care Plan?

If you are already in session with me, ask for Sexual Care Plan or simply purchase this plan and we can definitely switch into it.
Entering to a sexual care plan makes your sessions more affordable while you will enjoy all the other benefits and added bonuses. It is very essential though, that you pencil down all your 5 sessions in your upcoming 2 months calendar. It is not 5 sessions for a year-long therapy, it is intensive and it needs commitment. That means you have to attend your sessions at least every fortnight. I will make those 5 appointments with you on your first session. It is important to bring your diary and all your life rosters to organise your care plan.
How do I know if this sexual care plan is suitable for me?
Signs that you are struggling in your sex life or your sexual relationship can be very varied and probably won’t look the way that you normally expect, or is often depicted in movies or books. You don’t have to be completely sex-less, sexually excited all the time, suffering an anxiety attack for your sexual performance, feeling majorly depressed for your emotional loneliness or at the point of separation to seek help.
It is understandable that talking about your sex life with a sexologist/sextherapist might feel very uncomfortable, stressful and overwhelming, but if you’ve been experiencing some sex-related concern in yourself or your relationship for some time, you may start feeling ‘that is your normal life’, even though you suspect that other people might feel sexually happier. You don’t have to wait longer to make it become more serious before you see a sextherapist. If you think something is not right in your sex life, it’s always worth talking to a properly trained sexologist.
Meeting a sextherapist once in a blue moon might be useful if you just have one question to ask, or if you need a follow-up on a therapy program. Otherwise, it is almost like drinking 1 cup of hot soup when you have a sore throat and do nothing more. If you want to see some actual change in your sex life, you need practice, perseverance, commitment and multiple consecutive sessions.
What is my practice cancellation policy?
My practice is a professional Sextherapy/Counselling business, not a retail store. There is no return policy on any purchases you made. Once you buy a product, you need to attend your sessions within the agreed time period. I understand that life is full of unexpected surprises, but, If you want to postpone a session for some really good reason, you need to make sure that you inform me no later than 48 hours (not 24 hours) to your session. Otherwise, that session is on without you!
